Brandon started playing tennis at the age of 6 at Advantage Court and Fitness with instructors Anna Hazlett, Stephanie Hazlett, Ryan McDaniel, and Brian Poynter. Not only did Brandon train at Advantage Court and Fitness, but he taught lessons for the Evansville Community Tennis Association, Advantage Court and Fitness and currently the Evansville Tennis Center.
During high school, Brandon was in the top 25 in the Midwest, top 200 in the Nation, and had a 12 UTR. Brandon played high school tennis his freshman and senior years. His freshman year he played one doubles and his senior year he played one singles. Both years, the team made it to State. Brandon's freshman year he and his doubles partner made it to the final four at State. Brandon's senior year he went to individual state for singles and lost in the finals. Brandon was offered a Division 1 scholarship but due to injuries was unable to make the commitment. He then chose to attend and grauate from Greenville Tech in South Carolina.
Upon returning from Greenville, Brandon returned to teach at the Evansville Tennis Center. In 2022, Brandon opened his own company called CB's Remodeling and Construction, while continuing to teach tennis at ETC. Brandon is the facilities manager of Wesselman Tennis Facility and the Evansville Tennis Center. He also manages the pro shop at the Evansville Tennis Center. His company; CB's Remodeling and Construction is a proud sponsor of the Evansville Tennis Center and the 100k Women's Pro Tournament held at Wesselman Park each year. Brandon is Safe lLay certified and continues to teach tennis fundamentals and strategies that have been instilled upon him by his former instructors.
