Thank you for supporting out non-profit! Because of your support, we continue to grow and enhance our programming and two facilities, The Evansville Tennis Center and The Wesselman Tennis Courts.

Thank you for considering a donation to our non-profit fundraising efforts in support or our youth tennis programs, community tennis/pickleball events, pickleball events, ETC indoor courts, Wesselman Outdoor Courts and clubhouse upkeep and maintenance. Thank you for any support you can provide! 

Donations will receive a tax deductible receipt from our non-profit organization.

Why do we raise funds? To continue to better our facilities and programming, that is why we consistently fundraise. Each year, thousands of dollars in registration fees are reduced for multiple family participation in our youth tennis programs. In addition, thousands of dollars of uncollected fees are provided to youth in the community that are under served or unable to participate in tennis programming. ECTA donates time, courts, racquets, balls, coaching, and instruction as part of our NJTL events for youth in the community ages 6 - 12 years of age. 

Please see some of the wish list items we are currently raising funds to support.

• ETC Scholarships - $30,000 – Community youth tennis, tennis classes, and technology

• Kitchenette - $15,000 – Cabinets, sink, mini-kitchen upstairs for events, pro-am, patrons
  We made our goal! Check it out in our Mezzanine!!

• Exercise Room - $106,000 – Finish exercise room, finish receptacles, add ceiling, extend mezzanine

• Pickleball Upkeep - $10,000 – Ongoing tape for courts (specific to protect tennis courts)

• ADA Entrance - $20,000 – Update front doors for ADA compliance for patrons & adaptive programming

• NJTL* Equipment - $10,000 – Balls, ten and under racquets, program equipment for youth tennis

• ECTA Events/Equipment - $10,000 – Chairs & chair rack for courts, carts for water, mezzanine updates

• Robot Vacuum for ETC courts - $27,000 - Programmable robot vacuum to clean courts nightly! 

All 2025 end of year donors will receive a long sleeve shirt in appreciation of your support! Contact Holly for more information. Donations and support is available any time, all year long! Thank you for those that can contribute individually or with corporate support for items and improvements to our two facilities.
